        Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take you to make and return the completed blanket/ cushion/ bear?

This is always the first question I receive!   This will depend on many things. How many orders I have, how big you'd like your completed blanket/cushion to be, and the time of year (Christmas and summer are always the busiest!) but I will always give a rough completion date upon discussion and order. For memory bears please allow 6 weeks.

I have one or two key pieces I would like to ensure are included - how can I make you aware of these?

Great! Just pop those items into a separate bag or label them 'Key Pieces' and I will ensure they take centre stage!

Do I need to wash the clothing first?

Its not essential but clean, ironed clothes is preferred please.

I don't have enough clothing pieces, can you still make something for me?

Yes absolutely! Contact me and we can make something amazing with what you have!

How do I get the clothing to you, and collect it after?

If you live locally to me, you're welcome to drop (and collect again) the clothing pieces to me. Otherwise I would recommend posting to me with tracking so we can keep an eye on it. Your finished memory item will be posted via Royal Mail tracked 48.

Can I have the cut clothing back?

Yes no problem. Please state that you would like the clothing back when ordering, otherwise it will be disposed of.

Do you have pets? I'm allergic and don't want my clothing near them

I do have a pet dog, but I have a separate sewing room where I work and store your items, and my dog isn't allowed. Please let me know of any allergies or requirements when ordering.
