Delivery & Payment Information

All items are handmade to order, the current turnaround time is 3-5 business days from date of order to date of dispatch. However, if you would like your item in time for a specific date, such as a birthday, please do contact me before ordering to discuss your requirements. I am always happy to try accommodating urgent orders when I can.

An email notification will be sent when your order has been received and dispatched.

Full payment is required before an order can be accepted.

Sending a gift? no problem, just let me know when ordering and I can post directly to the recipient.

Postage:

Postage and packaging is £2.00 per order for items totalling under £29. This will be sent via Royal Mail second class post; a Certificate of Postage will be obtained.

Orders over the value of £29.00 will be sent with the postage and packaging waivered.

Packaging:

Each order is beautifully wrapped in recyclable tissue paper with a receipt of your order. Plus care instructions, if applicable.

 

Destinations:

Sam Stitches currently only ships to the UK including Jersey, Guernsey and Gibralter.
